When I start to appreciate small things I never did before, like the shade of blue that the sky is or how brightly the moon glows, it makes me feel so happy to live in such a cool world where we have a bright blue sky!!! like what that's so cool. The clouds are my favorite, they're always different and each day is a different arrangement and I love them.

also i love you mia <3 i feel like watching a nostalgic, fun movie (like 10 things i hate about you, clueless, etc) helps me a lot. making myself go outside on a walk and maybe even sitting in a nice outdoor area is always helpful too. sitting outside and writing is also always nice.
also if we're being honest, going shopping makes me quite happy. retail therapy <3
