Gilmore Girls! i feel like a lot of people disregard it as kinda lame but it is my happy place and they make a TON of references to late 90s early 00s pop culture ! at one of her school dances they even play Mazzy Star, lol

this one's more 90's but sabrina the teenage witch is on hulu! i think the last two seasons take place around 2003-2005. degrassi is another good one, it isn't on hulu or anything but it's all on youtube and theres a firestick app too.
